2025年、今年から本格的に対面での研修をスタートしました！
オンラインもいいですが、やはり対面での学びの共有は楽しく素晴らしいです！
ここで改めて、私自身のプロフィールを表に出し、伸びやかに前進していきたいと思います。

In 2025, I have officially started conducting in-person training sessions!
Online learning is great, but there is something truly special and enjoyable about sharing learning experiences face-to-face.
At this point, I would like to present my profile more openly and move forward with a sense of freedom and growth.
Since I also have opportunities to interact with people from abroad, I have written both English and Japanese versions of my profile and message.

After graduating from the University of the Ryukyu, Satoshi studied Film and Theatre at Utah Valley University and earned his Master’s in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University (U.S.).
Upon returning to Japan, he became one of the most popular instructors during the founding years of FranklinCovey Japan, known for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Since becoming independent, he has been deeply involved in leadership and organizational development for numerous global corporations—including SoftBank and several world-leading brands.

During my study abroad years, this phrase became the turning point of my life.
Every day was a challenge—filled with uncertainty, discovery, and growth.
Then one day, I came across a book titled Lighten Up! Its message radiated energy and hope, and I felt its light guiding my path forward.
For more than 25 years since then, I have devoted my life to the study and practice of human potential and leadership development, guided by one simple belief:
“Everyone has a light within them waiting to shine.”
No matter the era or environment, I believe leadership is about staying hopeful, believing in your own light, and moving forward with purpose.

留学時代、人生の転機に出会ったこの言葉が、私の原点です。
異国の地で挑戦を重ね、苦しさの中にも希望を見いだしながら歩んでいたあの頃。
偶然手にした一冊の本――そのタイトルが「Lighten Up!」でした。
その言葉は、まるで未来を照らす光のように、私の心を温めてくれました。
以来25年以上、「人の持つ可能性」に焦点を当てた教育とリーダーシップ開発に取り組んできました。
